Third-Party Manufacturing & Fulfilment
We use Printify as a third-party print-on-demand service to manufacture and ship our products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your order details will be shared with Printify for the sole purpose of fulfilling and delivering your items.
Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
- Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing or specifications.
- Payments: We accept payment via WooPay, G Pay, Amazon Pay. Charges will appear on your statement as spinningfish.
Shipping and Delivery
Because our items are printed on demand, production and shipping times vary.
- Production Time: Standard production takes [e.g., 2–7 business days].
- Shipping Times: Delivery estimates provided at checkout are calculated by Printify and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
All products are custom-made and printed specifically for you. Therefore, all sales are final.
- We only accept returns or replacements if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must contact us at shop@spinningfish.com within 14days of delivery with photographic proof of the issue.
Intellectual Property
The content, logos, and designs on Spinningfish are our intellectual property. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our site without our express written permission. You may not use Printify’s trademarks without their prior written authorization. [1]
